- Discuss the interface between Intelligent and Cognitive Systems, addressing the natural and artificial ones.
- Present some cases on urban mobility, among a few others.
- Present an overview of EP-USP and initiatives to promote relationships with UP-Madrid.

Prof. Marcio Lobo Netto, Associate Professor, Electronic Systems Engineering, Polytechnic School – University of São Paulo (EP-USP).
He is an Electronic Engineer with a Degree and Master’s degree from EP-USP, and Doctoral Degree on Informatics from TH Darmstadt (Germany).
Associate Professor at EP-USP, working with Computational Intelligence and Cognitive Systems. His interests include also Computer Graphics, High Performance Computing,and applications on Urban Mobility.
President of the International Relations Commission from EP-USP.
