The IMIM Programme was created in 2004 by three leading technical universities in Europe:

Heriot-Watt University (HWU) School of Social Sciences (SOSS) (Scotland, UK) joined the IMIM Consortium after the departure of KTH
2014
Technische Universität München (Germany) became part of IMIM Consortium
2016
Beijing Jiaotong University School of Economics and Management (China) was added as a new partner
2017
Toulouse Business School (France) was added as a new partner
2018
Last edition (2018-2020) for MIP-Politecnico di Milano, Beijng Jiaotong University and Toulouse Business School as members of the IMIM Consortium

First edition of the new, revamped IMIM
